Properties developed for Inkfish Care and other care providers, with layouts that support a comfortable home environment and effective care delivery.

Transitional housing for care leavers

Our ambition is to develop accommodation that gives young people a stable foundation as they move towards independence, with housing and support arrangements planned alongside leaving care teams and delivery partners.
